ZSlide is an open-source slide manager I made to easily access, analyze and export large histology whole-slide images, especially Aperio .svs files.Â
It helps organize local slide collections, preview large files through tiled loading, assign slides to projects, add annotations, draw export regions, make distance measurements, and export selected areas for sharing or discussion. The original slide files stay in place and user data is stored locally.
